Crispy Rice Paper Sushi Cups
  1. Sprinkle sesame seeds and salt over a sheet of gim.

  2. Quickly dip 1 rice paper sheet in room temp or cold water, then place over the gim. Trim excess rice paper and patch the uncovered corners so the surface is mostly covered.

  3. Cut into 4 squares and place into small microwave-safe sauce bowls to form cup shapes.

  4. Microwave for 2 min until super crispy.

  5. Mix warm rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.

  6. Fill cups with sushi rice, salmon, avocado, furikake, and spicy mayo. Serve with soy sauce.
