  1. Roll out 1 premade pizza dough, rub some all-purpose flour on both sides of the dough so it won´t stick, evenly spread in 4 ounces of soft goat´s cheese, grab 6 jarred roasted peppers and pat dry with paper towels, then cut each one open and then in half, add the roasted peppers on top of the goat cheese, season everything with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, add a handful of bagged spinach and evenly spread around in a single layer, add a drizzle of Sciabica´s Mediterranean olive oil on top and season with sea salt

  2. Start to tightly and gently roll the dough around filling to form a log, then cut it into pieces that are 1-inch thick, add the pinwheels to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and into a preheated oven, bake+broil option at 210 C - 410 F between 11-13 minutes

  3. After baking the pinwheels add them to a serving dish and brush some Sciabica´s Mediterranean olive oil on top of each pinwheel, serve at once, enjoy!
