Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats
  1. To an airtight container, add the oats, chia seeds, and salt, then stir to combine.

  2. Pour in the soy milk, yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and chocolate chips, then stir again, making sure that the chia seeds don’t clump.

  3. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes, stir once more, then store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
