In a mixing bowl, whisk together baking powder, rolled oats (if using), almond flour, and salt.
Pour the blended wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine. Fold in the blueberries, saving a few to sprinkle on top for a beautiful finish.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the surface.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges turn golden brown. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center—it should come out clean.
