Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until evenly coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add herbs or garlic powder.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
