Preheat oven to 350°F.
Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles.

Using lightly floured Dough and Pizza Roller, roll out dough to a 12-inch circle, pressing seams together to seal.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven to Nonstick Cooling Rack. Cool completely.
In 1-Qt. Batter Bowl, combine cream cheese and dill weed.
Using Lemon Zester/Scorer, zest lemon to measure 1 teaspoon zest; add to cream cheese, mixing well.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto crust; spread with cocktail sauce.
Using Food Chopper, coarsely chop cucumber, bell pepper, and crabmeat; sprinkle over sauce.
Snip parsley with Kitchen Cutters; sprinkle over pizza.
Cut pizza with Pizza Cutter; serve using Mini-Serving Spatula.
