No-bake Chocolate Cherry Tart
  1. Grease a tart tin. Mix together all the base ingredients until a dough forms.

  2. Roll the dough into a ball and transfer to the tart tin. Press evenly and set aside in the fridge.

  3. Heat coconut milk and cherry juice over the stovetop in a small saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the chocolate.

  4. Whisk until the filling is smooth and fully melted.

  5. Pour the filling into the base, garnish with cherries and pomegranate seeds and set in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

  6. Slice, serve and enjoy. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days, or for longer in the freezer.
