Add butter to a large pan and cook chicken on both sides, season to your liking.
Boil water for rice noodles, once boiling, cook rice noodles per package instructions.
Wash and chop Bok Choy into 1-2 inch pieces.
Once chicken is cooked, remove from pan and set aside. Add 2 more tablespoons of butter to pan and add prepped bok choy.
Mix Chili Garlic sauce and Honey.
Add half the sauce to the bok choy and finish cooking till tender.
Plate rice noodles with bok choy on top, chicken on the side with honey chili sauce drizlled over the top.
