Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
In a large bowl, add the yogurt.
Wash our the yogurt pot and dry it. We'll use this to measure all the other ingredients!
Whisk in the 4 large eggs followed by 2 pots of granulated sugar and a dash of vanilla.
Add 3 pots of flour, the baking powder and pinch of salt.
Add about 2-3 tablespoons of butter to the pot and melt in the microwave. Let cool and whisk this into the batter.
Choose what you'll bake the cakes in and either grease them with baking spray or with softened butter and a dusting of flour.
Pour the batter in about ½ to ¾ of the way full, place on a baking sheet and bake until browning around the edges and bouncing back to the touch.
