Key Lime Chia Pudding
  1. In a jar with a lid, mix together the chia seeds, matcha powder, salt, and lime zest.

  2. Pour in the almond milk, lime juice, greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix well until the mixture has an even consistently and no chia seeds are stuck at the bottom of the jar.

  3. Put a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
