Chicken Shawarma Wraps
  1. Make the shawarma filling: In a medium saucepan, combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, cumin, garlic powder, salt, allspice, turmeric, cinnamon, and cayenne. Heat over medium low so that you gently warm the chicken but do not curdle the yogurt. Stir in the lemon juice. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.

  2. To serve: Place the pitas on a microwave-safe plate and heat gently in the microwave for a few seconds to warm. Alternatively, you can warm the pitas on a baking sheet in a 300-degree-F oven for a few minutes.

  3. To assemble, spread or fill the pitas with hummus. Add the cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, then fill with the warm chicken. Sprinkle with feta and parsley. Enjoy!
