In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of yogurt, ½ cup of peanut butter, and ⅓ cup of honey until smooth.
Scoop small portions of the mixture onto parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.
Once frozen, dip each scoop into 1 cup of melted dark chocolate to coat them evenly.
Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel and some crunchy nuts on top of the chocolate before it sets.
Place them back in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
