In a small bowl, add the chipotle paste, honey, olive oil, water and all of the dry seasoning, mix to combine.
In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces and the marinade. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. Add 5-6 pieces on each skewer.
Set the air fryer to 195°C. Place the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 18 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Check the chicken is cooked through with a meat thermometer.
Remove from the air fryer and serve! Enjoy
