Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza dough onto the parchment paper and press into a rectangle.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese down the center of the dough, then add the sausage and pepperoni. Finish with the remaining cheese and Italian seasoning.
Use a pizza cutter to cut each side of the braid into 12 strips.
Fold the strips of dough over the filling, alternating sides.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the warm braid.
Slice and serve warm with pizza sauce.
