Apple Cinnamon Oat Breakfast Bars
  1. Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.

  2. Stir in the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and finely chopped apple.

  3. Add maple syrup and mix until evenly combined.

  4. Shape into sticks or bars using your hands or a spoon.

  5. Place in air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp on the edges.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy plain or with a side of yogurt!
