Blueberry Protein Pancake Bowls
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C

  2. Add the wet ingredients to an oven safe bowl and whisk till smooth

  3. Fold in the dry ingredients till almost combined

  4. Carefully fold in the blueberries and place a few on top

  5. Oven bake for approximately 30 minutes (adjust time based on dish size) until a toothpick or knife comes out mostly clean

  6. Let it fully cool before storing in the fridge with an airtight lid for 3-4 days

  7. When ready to eat, microwave to reheat, drizzle with honey or maple syrup and enjoy
