Cheesy Beef Lasagna Rolls
  1. Dice up a small white onion

  2. Throw it in a pan on medium heat with your ground beef

  3. Once cooked add a cup of low fat cottage cheese and cook until melted

  4. Spread marinara on low carb tortilla

  5. Add beef mixture and cheese, roll it up

  6. Add to a pan, brush with olive oil

  7. Spread more marinara on top

  8. Cover in mozzarella and Italian seasoning

  9. Bake or air fry on 300 for 10-12 minutes

  10. Enjoy
