Dice up a small white onion
Throw it in a pan on medium heat with your ground beef
Once cooked add a cup of low fat cottage cheese and cook until melted
Spread marinara on low carb tortilla
Add beef mixture and cheese, roll it up
Add to a pan, brush with olive oil
Spread more marinara on top
Cover in mozzarella and Italian seasoning
Bake or air fry on 300 for 10-12 minutes
