Protein Cinnamon Crunch Bagels
  1. Start off with one cup of flour

  2. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon

  3. Add a teaspoon and a half of baking powder

  4. Add half a teaspoon of salt

  5. Add one cup of 0% Greek yogurt

  6. Add two tablespoons of maple syrup

  7. Start mixing it around until it starts looking like this

  8. Start kneading it with your hands

  9. Once it starts forming, cut it in half

  10. Roll it in a lock and shape it into a bagel

  11. Place it on Parchment paper

  12. Use butter or egg wash for the next step

  13. Add 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon mixed together and sprinkle it on top

  14. Put it in the oven for 22 minutes at 425 degrees

  15. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting
