In a bowl, add sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon. Mix with your hands until combined! You want some smaller pieces and larger pieces of crumble.
Next peel and dice fruit, and combine with sugar in an oven tray.
Cover the top with the crumble. Make sure not to press down!
Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 40-50 minutes, until the crumble is golden and the fruit is soft when pierced with a skewer.
