  1. For Flour Tortillas: Mix flour, salt, baking powder. Add oil and warm water, knead 5–7 minutes. Rest 20 minutes. Divide into balls and roll thin. Cook on hot dry pan 30–40 seconds each side. Keep covered to stay soft.

  2. For Pita Bread: Activate yeast with sugar and warm water. Mix all ingredients and knead 8–10 minutes. Rise 1 hour. Divide and roll ½ cm thick. Bake at 230°C for 5–7 minutes until puffed.

  3. For Shawarma Bread: Mix and knead smooth. Rise 1 hour. Roll thin circles. Cook on hot pan without oil until lightly golden.

  4. For Naan Bread: Activate yeast. Mix all ingredients and knead soft dough. Rise 1 hour. Roll oval shape. Cook in hot pan or oven at 220°C until bubbles form. Brush with butter. Optional: Add garlic and coriander for garlic naan.
