Bacon Balsamic Brussels Sprouts (bbb)
  1. Clean Brussels sprouts by removing hanging leaves and cutting off the end

  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half

  3. Blanch Brussels sprouts for 1 minute 30 seconds

  4. Immediately place blanched Brussels sprouts in ice water to stop cooking

  5. Place bacon on a sheet tray and cook in the oven

  6. Dry the Brussels sprouts and toss with bacon fat, onion powder, garlic powder, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt until coated

  7. Add seasoned Brussels sprouts to the sheet tray with bacon

  8. Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes

  9. Chop cooked bacon and add to the cooked Brussels sprouts

  10. Add balsamic glaze to taste

  11. Return to oven for 5 minutes

  12. Add more balsamic glaze on top before serving
