Add all ingredients to a chopper and grind to a smooth mixture.
Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Fill mixture into a large piping bag.
Pipe out kababs onto a hot, greased grill/pan.
Cook on medium-high flame; flip only once golden.
Grill all sides evenly—don't overcook to retain juiciness.
Serve hot with mint chutney!
