Single Serve Baked Oatmeal
  1. Preheat the oven to 350º. Mash the banana well in a medium size bowl. Add all other ingredients.Use a spatula or mix with your hands (this is what I do). Once everything is evenly mixed, form the mix into a ball/cookie shape and place it on a small piece of parchment paper.

  2. Bake in the air fryer on 365º for about 5 - 7 minutes. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes. it will need this time to set. Then transfer to a bowl or plate and dig in! I like a little maple syrup drizzle over mine.
