Start by making your Yorkshire pudding batter by combing your eggs, milk mixed with water and seasonings listed above. Whisk well then gradually add your flour and whisk until lump free, place this in the fridge for around 1 hour before serving
Preheat your oven to 220 fan
Add your sausages and oil to a pan and place in the oven for 10 mins, flipping halfway through
Remove your sausages, add your vegetables and stuffing then place back in the oven for 5 minutes
Quickly pour over your Yorkshire pudding mix around the sausages and veg and return to the oven as quickly as possible
Shut the oven door and turn the heat down to 200 degrees fan and don't open the door for at least 25 minutes. Cook for 25-30 minutes
Serve with lots of gravy and cranberry sauce!
