Hot Dog Burnt Ends
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Cut hot dogs into thirds. Combine mustard, brown sugar, hot sauce, onion powder, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add hot dog pieces. Shake bag so the pieces are evenly coated.

  3. Spread out seasoned hot dogs onto the prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes to an 1 hour.

  4. Remove hot dogs. Turn up oven temp to 400 degrees.

  5. Toss hot dog pieces and BBQ sauce in a bowl, and mix until hot dogs are completely coated with sauce. Return to the baking pan.

  6. Bake in oven for an additional 10 minutes until slightly charred.

  7. For the dipping sauce: Combine ⅓ cup mayo, ⅓ cup mustard and 3-4 tablespoons of hot honey.
