Using a mortar & pestle add 1 clove of minced garlic and pound into a paste
Add a generous pinch of fresh parsley and some sea salt to the garlic and pound it all together
Once well mixed, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin Spanish olive oil and mix it with the garlic and parsley
Cut the cuttlefish into ¼ inch squares
Grab a frying pan, heat with a medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Once the oil gets hot, add the cuttlefish to the pan and stir
After about 2 minutes, add the garlic and parsley sauce to the pan and mix together with the cuttlefish
After cooking the cuttlefish for about 4 minutes, turn your fire off and transfer the cuttlefish to a plate
Lightly sprinkle with some sea salt
Squeeze some fresh lemon on top
Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley
