Place parchment paper in a tray.
Then, melt the butter in a pan.
Include the peanut butter and mix it till becomes smoother.
Add the erythritol powder & heavy cream and cook it slowly for five minutes by stirring continuously.
Then add vanilla essence & salt, and mix them.
Now, equally spread the mixture on the pan.
Press the roasted peanuts strongly on the surface.
Chill these bars for one hour.
Make the slices of these bars with a hot knife and serve.
