Easy-to-make Bread Without Kneading
  1. In a big bowl, mix together water, sugar, and yeast. Stir thoroughly to dissolve.

  2. Slowly mix in flour and salt into the wet mixture until you have a dough.

  3. Add olive oil to the dough and mix until well combined.

  4. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for around 20 minutes.

  5. Stir the dough again until smooth.

  6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

  7. Move the dough to a floured surface and flatten it to remove air.

  8. Fold the dough in half four times and shape it into a round ball.

  9. Separate the dough into 3 equal parts and shape each into a tight ball.

  10. Let the dough balls rest under a towel for around 15 minutes.

  11. Shape each part into a long strip and place in the mold.

  12. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 50 minutes, or until it fills 80-90% of the mold.

  13. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  14. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
