Moroccan Chicken
  1. Combine the chicken with cumin, paprika, ginger, turmeric, garlic, cilantro, lemon juice, and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes, then add the flour, and toss together to coat well.

  2. Heat the oven to 325°F. Add the chopped onion, olives, lemon wedges, olive oil, and broth to the dish. Bake uncovered for about an hour, or until the chicken is tender and a delicious sauce has formed.
