Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the shrimp on a sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic, parsley, rosemary, red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Toss to combine.
Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through.
