In a high-speed blender, combine the yogurt, mango, banana, honey, ginger, oats, lemon juice, vanilla, ice cubes, and 2 teaspoons of the chia seeds. Blend until completely smooth. Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. Pour the drink into glasses and top with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of chia seeds, bee pollen, and turmeric.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Stir before drinking.
