Hyderabadi Shadi-wala Red Chicken
  1. Grind almonds, cashews, and coconut powder with a little water or yoghurt into a smooth paste

  2. Add the paste to the chicken along with all the listed ingredients

  3. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight

  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on medium-high flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently

  5. Cover and cook on low flame for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender and oil separates

  6. Finish with heavy cream and garnish with chopped cilantro

  7. Serve hot with naan
