Combine the steak ingredients, except olive oil, in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
Shape the meat into 4-5 equal sized oval-shaped patties and set aside.
Place a large frying pan over high heat and add the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the patties and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until nicely browned. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Reduce heat to medium-high and melt the butter in the same pan.
Add the mushrooms and onion, season with salt and pepper and cook stirrin for 5-6 minutes or until tender and browned.
Add the garlic and rosemary and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the flour to the pan, stir constantly and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add the beef broth and whisk until smooth.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until thickened.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
Add the hamburger steaks back to the pan, spoon sauce on top to coat themin the gravy.
Reduce heat to medoim-low and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.
Sprinkle with parsley, fresh rosemary and serve.
