Preheat oven to 350°F
On a lined baking sheet spread mozzarella and pepperoni, then add more mozzarella on top
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and chili flakes
Bake for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes
Using a paper towel remove excess grease
Top with arugula, diced chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese
Cut in half and serve
