Humous Scones
  1. Add humous to a bowl.

  2. Followed by chives.

  3. Add the flour and baking powder

  4. Mix together with a table knife

  5. Pull the dough into a sort of ball with your hands. It should be soft but not sticky.

  6. Pat it onto a well floured surface into a cuboid sausage about 2.5cm thick. Cut into 4

  7. Cook on a tray in the middle of the oven at 200°c fan for 10mins. Until golden brown.
