Preheat the griddle to high heat
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sour cream, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar cheese, then mix well by hand
Form the mixture into 5 oz balls, making 5-6 total
Lightly grease the griddle with high heat oil
Place each ball on the griddle and press firmly into the cooktop
Season with salt and pepper blend
After about 90 seconds, carefully scrape the burger free and flip over
Top with havarti cheese and let it steam and melt
Remove the burgers and toast the buns
Spread burger sauce on the bottom bun, place two patties on top, and add more sauce to the top bun
Assemble and serve
