Super Simple Fried Rice
  1. Scramble or fry the eggs if you haven’t already and set them aside.

  2. Put a pan on medium heat and add the oil.

  3. Add the vegetables and lightly fry for 2 minutes or until golden.

  4. Add the meat and rice. Fry, flipping the food occasionally with a spatula so as not to burn anything.

  5. After 3 to 5 minutes, add the soy sauce, mix through and serve.
