Combine drained and rinsed navy beans and pinto beans in a pot
Add lean ham, halved shallot or onion, smashed garlic cloves, and carrots
Pour in chicken bone broth
Add bay leaves, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili flake, smoked paprika, dried thyme, black pepper, soy sauce, worcestershire, and fish sauce
Bake at 350°F for 1.5 to 2 hours
