Chop celery and place in a large bowl

Dice the cucumber and add to the bowl

Add a handful of micro greens to the bowl
Chop the pitted medjool dates and add to the bowl
Add chopped pecans to the bowl
In a separate bowl, combine shaved Parmesan, freshly chopped dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, avocado oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and maple syrup to make the dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine
Serve immediately
