Combine the water and yeast and stir.
Add the Peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Add the flour and salt and combine until fully mixed.
Cover and set aside for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Fold the dough in on itself and set aside to rise for another hour while intermittently folding in on itself.
Finally place into a lines tin and allow to double in size.
Heat the over to 210°c Fan and bake for 15 minutes before turning down to 180°c and baking for a further 15 minutes.
The Bread is cooked when tapping olive on the bottom produces a hollow sound.
Try and allow to cool before slicing (yes I know it is hard!!)
