Peanut Butter Wholemeal Bread
  1. Combine the water and yeast and stir.

  2. Add the Peanut butter and stir until smooth.

  3. Add the flour and salt and combine until fully mixed.

  4. Cover and set aside for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  5. Fold the dough in on itself and set aside to rise for another hour while intermittently folding in on itself.

  6. Finally place into a lines tin and allow to double in size.

  7. Heat the over to 210°c Fan and bake for 15 minutes before turning down to 180°c and baking for a further 15 minutes.

  8. The Bread is cooked when tapping olive on the bottom produces a hollow sound.

  9. Try and allow to cool before slicing (yes I know it is hard!!)
