Mix your dough ingredients until it combines into a thick dough ball. It should feel like play dough.
Press the dough into a lined cheesecake tin or muffin tin. Ensure it's lined so you can pull it out as this will be going into the freezer.
Once pressed down, place the dough in the freezer.
For the icing, mix all of your icing ingredients in a bowl and once combined, add to the top of your dough mixture.
The top needs more time to set, so the cheesecake will need to stay in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
Once it is set, you can slice into 8 slices and enjoy!
The cheesecake would need to remain in the freezer until consuming. Removing and letting it sit on the counter for 5-8 minutes prior to eating it. The bottom dough can get hard but it softens. The top will not remain solid if left on the counter or in the fridge.
