Freezer Jam
  1. In a large bowl, crush berries to desired texture

  2. Add exact amount of sugar to the fruit

  3. Let stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. In a small pan, and ¼ cup water and stir in 1 package Sure Jell.

  5. Bring to boil for 1 minute - keep stirring; remove from heat.

  6. Add to fruit - stir 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

  7. Fill containers immediately, leaving ½ inch space at tops for expansion during freezing; cover with lids.

  8. Let stand at room temp. for 24 hours; then freeze.
