Slow Cooker Sticky Teriyaki Pork
  1. Brown the pork on both sides (2–3 min each) in your slow cooker or a pan.

  2. Whisk together soy/tamari, mirin/vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and a splash of water, then pour over the pork.

  3. Cook on LOW 4–6 hrs (or braise for 3 hrs if using a Ninja).

  4. Remove pork, thicken sauce with cornflour/water mix, and pour over before serving.

  5. Serve with fluffy egg fried rice and air fried green beans for a full balanced meal.
