  4. Toss the julienned green apple, cabbage, apple cider vinegar, and celery seed together

  5. Whisk the mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, and dill into a thick, zesty tartar crema

  6. Smear the bottom brioche bun with the tartar crema

  7. Add the crispy baked flounder to the bun

  8. Pile high with the sweet apple slaw

  9. Cap it off with the top bun
