These instructions apply to frozen or fresh homemade french fries.
Use a pastry brush to lightly coat the french fries with olive oil.
Sprinkle french fry seasoning as evenly as you can over the fries and bake at 400°F until warm and golden brown. about 20 minutes.
Have the combined french fry seasoning ready and use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil once they are golden-brown.
Place them on a plate lined with paper towels and sprinkle them immediately with french fry seasoning.
