Add butter to a small saucepan, and once melted add crushed up shredded wheat.
Lightly toast till golden in colour.
Take off the pan and add to a bowl, add the Nutella and 2 tbsp of the pistachio and mix.
Line a rectangular bread loaf tin with baking paper and pour the mix into that. Flatten.
Layer with the extra tbsp of pistachio spread and pop in fridge for an hour.
Take it out and cut it into portion sizes, store in fridge.
