Baking Soda Lemon And Ice Recipe
  1. Place 4 to 6 ice cubes into a tall glass or mason jar.

  2. Squeeze half a medium fresh lemon directly over the ice, removing any seeds.

  3. Measure exactly ¼ teaspoon of baking soda and sprinkle it onto the lemon juice. Let the fizz settle for 5 seconds.

  4. Slowly pour 8 oz of cool filtered water over the ice.

  5. Stir in raw honey and/or a pinch of Himalayan pink salt if using.

  6. Give the drink 2 to 3 gentle stirs and drink within 5 minutes for best flavor.

  7. Drink a full glass of plain water afterward to support hydration and protect tooth enamel.
