Chicken & Rice Soup
  1. Season chicken thighs with sazón, Creole, smoked paprika, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

  2. Sear until browned, then remove from pan.

  3. Sauté celery, carrots, garlic, and onion in the same pan.

  4. Add flour, cook 2 minutes, then stir in chicken broth.

  5. Add basil, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary + chicken thighs. Simmer 20 min.

  6. Remove chicken, shred, set aside.

  7. Add rice, simmer 20 min.

  8. Stir in shredded chicken + heavy cream.

  9. Finish with 2 tsp adobo, ¼ tsp cayenne, 1 tsp crushed red pepper.
