Holiday Roasted Vegetables
  1. Oven Step 1: Arrange a rack in center of oven; preheat to 400°. Scatter Brussels sprouts and carrots on a large baking sheet. Toss with garlic, oil, honey, vinegar, rosemary, and thyme; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Oven Step 2: Bake, shaking sheet halfway through, until vegetables are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.

  3. Oven Step 3: Toss vegetables with cranberries and pecans.

  4. Air Fryer Step 1: In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, carrots, garlic, oil, honey, vinegar, rosemary, and thyme; season with salt and pepper.

  5. Air Fryer Step 2: Place vegetables in the basket of an air fryer and cook at 400°, shaking basket halfway through, until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
