Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated.

  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, mixing until all shrimp are covered with the mixture.

  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded to allow for even cooking.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the shrimp for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque, and the edges are crispy.

  6. Remove the shrimp from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top for added flavor.

  7. Garnish with additional parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
